Elizabeth Turner

Elizabeth enjoys helping each client translate the kitchen that they have envisioned into the final finished product in their home. She takes the time to understand how each client really lives inside their home in order to produce a design uniquely suited to that lifestyle. She assists clients in exploring options and products that will maximize value, functionality and aesthetic appeal while keeping on budget. Her extensive experience has prepared her to solve the challenges associated with a wide range of designs from small galley kitchens to spacious and extensive custom remodels. Elizabeth enjoys working with people; many clients become friends and stay in touch with her long after the job has been completed.

Leigh Southard

Leigh has 16 years of kitchen and bath design experience with Carolina Kitchen & Bath.
She has extensive experience in new construction, remodeling and commercial design applications. Leigh places a strong emphasis on customer service throughout the project. Leigh’s design objective is to provide the customer with a kitchen that not only looks good but functions ideally to suit each family. Regardless of whether her client has a large or small budget she will strive to make their dream kitchen become a reality.She will make the selection and design process an enjoyable experience.
Leigh holds a degree in Interior Design and has had a love for building that began at an early age.

Regina Frederick

Regina brings more than 24 years of kitchen and bath design experience to her customers. Her design philosophy is to make each space as functional and appealing as possible.

She carefully listens to each customer’s needs and desires in order to create a design that faithfully reflects those requirements. Regina believes that the kitchen is the heart and soul of a home.

Regina holds a B.S. degree in Interior Design & Art History from East Carolina University.
